Travel Hub Egypt is a licensed Egyptian travel company based in Hurghada, Red Sea. This page explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what happens to it.
What we collect, and when
When you send an enquiry
Our contact and tour enquiry forms ask for your name, your WhatsApp number and your email address. If you enquire from a tour page, the enquiry also carries which tour you were looking at and its published details, so our team can answer without asking you to repeat yourself. If you tell us how you prefer to be contacted, we record that too.
We ask for these because they are what we need to answer you. We do not ask for anything else on an enquiry, and we do not require an account.
When you book
Checkout collects the billing details needed to issue your booking: your name, email address, billing address and, optionally, a phone number. Payment is handled by the payment method you choose at checkout; this website does not store card numbers.
Automatically
When you use the booking tools, your browser is given a session cookie so the site can keep your basket and your quote attached to you between one page and the next. It holds no personal information – only an identifier for the session itself. It is not used for advertising and is not shared.
Our servers keep ordinary technical logs, as all web servers do.
What we do with it
Enquiries go to our team so we can reply to you and arrange what you asked about. Booking details are used to deliver and support the booking. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone who is not part of delivering your trip – for example the hotel, transport operator or guide who will actually serve you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and bookings are kept for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed Egyptian travel company. You can ask us to delete yours at any time, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@travelhubegypt.com or message us on WhatsApp and we will answer.
