The experience

Orange Bay is a low sandbank off the Hurghada coast where the water shelves slowly from turquoise to deep blue. This trip runs on a larger yacht, so there is more shaded deck and more room to spread out than on a standard day boat.

The day includes guided snorkelling stops on the surrounding reef, with mask, fins and a life jacket provided and a guide running the session. Between stops there is time ashore on the sandbank, where the shallows stay calm and easy to swim in.

Lunch is served on board along with water and soft drinks. A mandatory island entrance fee is collected locally in cash and is not included in the online price.
