The experience

Advanced Open Water is five adventure dives rather than a classroom course. Two are fixed - deep and underwater navigation - and the other three are chosen with your instructor from options such as wreck, night, drift or peak performance buoyancy.

It extends your certified depth to 30 metres and, more usefully, gives you supervised practice at the things that actually change with depth and current. You need a PADI Open Water certification or a qualifying equivalent to enrol.

A mandatory local fee of USD 110.0 per person is payable on site on the day. It is not included in the price you pay online and is not collected by Travel Hub. Please carry cash for it.

Guests should be comfortable entering the sea from a boat. Life jackets are available and may be worn throughout.
