This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for canceling or modifying your booking, depending on the service you have reserved: airport transfers, excursions, day tours, or vacation packages. 1. Airport Transfers
1.1 Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More Before Scheduled Transfer
- Full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
1.2 Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Transfer
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.
1.3 No-Shows
- No refund will be issued for no-shows at the pickup location.
2. Excursions & Day Tours
2.1 Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More Before Tour Departure
- Full refund, minus a small administrative fee, will be provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour’s departure.
2.2 Cancellations Made 24-48 Hours Before Tour Departure
- 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour’s departure.
2.3 Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Departure
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour’s departure.
2.4 Modifications
- Date changes can be made up to 24 hours before the tour’s departure, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
3. Vacation Packages (Multi-Day Tours)
3.1 Cancellations Made 30+ Days Before Departure
- Full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits, will be provided for cancellations made at least 30 days before the start of the vacation package or multi-day tour.
3.2 Cancellations Made 15-29 Days Before Departure
- 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the start of the vacation package or multi-day tour.
3.3 Cancellations Made Less Than 15 Days Before Departure
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the start of the vacation package or multi-day tour.
3.4 Non-Refundable Deposits
- Some vacation packages or multi-day tours may require a non-refundable deposit. This will be clearly stated during the booking process and is non-refundable in all cases.
3.5 Modifications
- Changes to your vacation package or multi-day tour dates may be possible depending on availability and must be requested at least 15 days before departure. Additional fees may apply.
4. Force Majeure
Travel Hub Egypt is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
- Political unrest, war, or terrorism
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Epidemics, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions
In such cases, we will work with you to either reschedule your booking or provide a partial refund, depending on the specific situation and tour provider terms.

In the event of illness or an emergency that prevents you from participating in the booked tour or service, please contact us immediately. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a rescheduling option or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
6.2 Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions. Travel insurance may provide coverage beyond what is outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
