Booking & Reservations

You can book any tour or airport transfer directly on our website:

  1. Choose your preferred tour or service.
  2. Select your desired date and group size.
  3. Enter your booking details and complete the payment process.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tour details.

Yes, you can modify your booking depending on availability. To change your booking date or other details, please contact us at least 24-48 hours before your scheduled tour or transfer. Changes may be subject to availability and additional fees.

We’re always working to get your orders on their way to you as quickly as we can. Most orders will be dispatched within 2-4 business days, though there may be some delays around sales and peak periods. You’ll get a notification when your order has started its journey.

We recommend booking your tour or service as early as possible, especially during peak travel seasons. Some tours may fill up quickly, so booking in advance ensures availability.

Payment & Pricing

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfers (for select bookings)

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateways.

For most day tours and excursions, full payment is required at the time of booking. For vacation packages and multi-day tours, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your spot. The amount of the deposit will be clearly stated during the booking process.

Yes, all prices are listed in USD. If you are using a different currency, your payment provider may apply exchange rates and fees.

All tour prices are inclusive of taxes and service charges, unless stated otherwise. Additional costs such as gratuities, optional activities, or personal expenses are not included and will be clearly indicated in the tour description.

Inclusions vary by tour. Typically, our tours include:

  • Private air-conditioned vehicle
  • Expert Egyptologist guides
  • Meals as specified (e.g., lunch or dinner)

Yes, all of our tours are led by professional guides, many of whom are qualified Egyptologists. They provide in-depth historical and cultural insights during your tour.

Absolutely! We offer customizable itineraries to suit your preferences. Whether you want to add specific sites, upgrade your transportation, or include special requests (dietary needs, accessibility), we are happy to accommodate. Contact us to discuss your custom tour options.

Our standard tours are conducted in English. However, we also offer guides who speak other languages, including French, German, Spanish, Italian, and more. Please request your preferred language at the time of booking.

We recommend bringing the following items:

  • Comfortable clothing and walking shoes
  • Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat
  • A bottle of water
  • A camera for photos
  • Swimwear and a towel (for snorkeling or sea trips)
  • A copy of your booking confirmation (printed or on your phone)

Airport Transfers

You can book an airport transfer directly on our website by selecting your arrival or departure date, providing your flight details, and completing the payment process. We will confirm your transfer via email.

Our airport transfer services include:

  • Private vehicle transfers between the airport and your hotel.
  • Meet-and-greet service at the airport.
  • Professional drivers with knowledge of local routes.

Yes, you can modify your transfer time up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Please contact our support team with your booking details to make changes.

If your flight is delayed, please inform us as soon as possible so we can adjust your transfer time. We monitor flight statuses and will make every effort to accommodate delays.

Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation policy depends on the service you’ve booked. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for detailed terms for airport transfers, excursions, day tours, and vacation packages.

To cancel or modify your booking, please contact us via email at Booking@travelhubegypt.com or call us at +201000942797. You must cancel within the specified time frame to receive a refund, if applicable.

 

Refunds depend on when the cancellation is made:

  • Airport Transfers: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the transfer are eligible for a full refund.
  • Excursions & Day Tours: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before departure are eligible for a full refund, minus an administrative fee.
  • Vacation Packages: Cancellations made 20+ days before departure are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits.

Safety & Travel Insurance

While travel insurance is not required, we strongly recommend purchasing insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.

 

Your safety is our top priority. Our tours follow all safety guidelines and regulations. Vehicles are regularly inspected, and our guides and drivers are trained in safety protocols. Additionally, we provide water and advice on staying hydrated, especially for desert and outdoor tours.
