1. General Terms
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or booking any services with Travel Hub Egypt, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or book our services.
1.2 Modifications to Terms
Travel Hub Egypt reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the website or services after changes are made indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
2. Booking & Reservations
2.1 Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- You must provide accurate personal and payment information during the booking process.
- Upon completing the booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your tour or service details.
- Travel Hub Egypt reserves the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
2.2 Group Bookings
For group bookings of 10 or more people, please contact us directly for potential discounts or custom arrangements. Group booking terms may differ and will be provided upon inquiry.
3. Pricing & Payments
3.1 Pricing
- Prices for tours, transfers, and vacation packages are listed in USD and are inclusive of taxes, unless stated otherwise.
- Travel Hub Egypt reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in exchange rates, supplier costs, or other factors. Prices are guaranteed once full payment has been made.
3.2 Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking for most tours and transfers, unless otherwise stated.
- For vacation packages or multi-day tours, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due prior to departure. Specific payment terms will be outlined during the booking process.
3.3 Payment Methods
We accept payments through the following methods:
- Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
- PayPal
- Bank transfers (available for select bookings)
4. Cancellations & Refunds
4.1 Cancellation by the Customer
- Airport Transfers: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled transfer will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the transfer time will not be refunded.
- Excursions & Day Tours: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour departure will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded.
- Vacation Packages: Cancellations made 20+ days before departure will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits. Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure will not be refunded.

4.2 Modifications
- If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications to bookings may be subject to availability and additional fees.
- Changes to tour dates or itineraries are allowed if made within the specified time frame, and subject to availability.
4.3 Cancellation by Travel Hub Egypt
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, political unrest), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the following options:
- A full refund
- An alternative tour or service of equal or greater value
5. Travel Insurance
5.1 Recommended Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in our tours or services but is highly recommended. We advise that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, personal injury, or travel disruptions.
6. Liability & Responsibility
6.1 Customer Responsibility
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health documentation.
- You must comply with the laws, customs, and regulations of Egypt during your travel. Travel Hub Egypt is not responsible for any failure to comply with these legal requirements.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
- Travel Hub Egypt acts solely as an intermediary for tours, activities, accommodations, and transport services. While we take great care to select reputable suppliers, we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that occurs during your tour or service.
- We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions.
6.3 Personal Safety
Travel Hub Egypt is committed to providing safe and enjoyable experiences for our customers. However, all activities carry inherent risks, and customers participate at their own risk. We recommend following the guidance of your tour guide or driver and exercising caution, particularly during activities such as hiking, desert safaris, or water-based excursions.
7. Force Majeure
Travel Hub Egypt shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform or any delay in the performance of our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God (e.g., earthquakes, floods)
- War or political unrest
- Acts of terrorism
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Government-imposed travel restrictions
In such cases, we will endeavor to reschedule your booking or offer a refund as appropriate.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Travel Hub Egypt website, including text, images, logos, and tour descriptions, is the intellectual property of Travel Hub Egypt and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our express written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
